Design Philosophy
At RDA, we firmly believe the foundation of a successful project lies in attentive listening to our clients, meticulous team selection and maintaining clear communication among all stakeholders.
RDA has developed what we call “Engaged Iteration.” It’s an ongoing process where we combine iterating to test various design solutions, with structured recurring feedback loops that can involve all stakeholders and consultants. Initiating this process early allows determination of optimal solutions to meet project requirements while maintaining decision-making transparency.
The key to Engaged Iteration is providing comprehensive analysis to the client for design variations. This analysis encompasses various aspects, which can include interior design and spatial layout, circulation comparisons, constructability factors, quantity takeoffs for pricing, and pro/con lists specific to the current design challenge. We find Client’s appreciate this approach because it helps them make well-informed decisions confidently.
Team
The RDA team brings with them extensive experience across all sectors of development, including multi-residential, hospitality, healthcare, long term care, educational and cultural. This foundation informs their ongoing work through an increased attention to detail, coordination rigor and understanding of complex buildings.
