Two 33-unit residential buildings situated on Cameron Lake are designed to offer residents exclusive and unhindered water views. The interior layouts of the buildings prioritize functionality, flexibility, and the optimization of the water vistas. Architectural strategies employed include thorough site-line analysis to ensure each suite enjoys an interior view of the water and surrounding natural environment, strategic window placement, and an undulating façade at the balconies to enhance privacy. Additionally, an Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) structure is implemented to enhance thermal and acoustic isolation, further improving the residents’ living experience.
