Club Towns

Ten units in total, organized four/two/four, create the south boundary of a multi-building residential site in Fenelon Falls. Each unit features a double-height living/dining area that serves as the central hub for the rest of the spaces, fostering a light and open environment. Architectural considerations include providing sufficient work-from-home space and designing half of the units as bungalow-like, with all essential living areas on the ground level. Residents also enjoy two private outdoor dwelling areas, one to the north and one to the south.
